Each year, thousands of wedding related businesses exhibit at Modern Bridal’s Bridal Faires.
We know who the vendors are. Caterer’s, stationers, bridal registry, tuxedo rentals, mobile d.j.’s, mortgage brokers, florists, photographers, weight loss centers, bridal gown salons, and the list goes on and
on.


OK. But who are the brides? The average bride is 27 and spent two and one half hours at the bridal faire. Almost half the brides attended the bridal faire with other women (either friends, sisters, or mothers) creating a secondary opportunity for businesses targeting all women, not only brides.

How much will they spend on their wedding? Wait until you hear this.

What do they Still Need?  Over 78% of brides are shopping for a reception site or caterer, more than 90% have not yet selected a site for their rehearsal dinner, two-thirds of brides were still searching for a wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses, slightly over 80% had not yet selected a photographer or florist.  The overwhelming majority of brides still needed to find a wedding cake, invitations and music.  75% of couples had not yet finalized honeymoon travel plans.
